A message from the director

What we cherish is not only form, but the historical thread, cultural atmosphere, and stories behind it. Based in Osaka, DAIKICHI CO., LTD. hopes to send the quiet depth of Japanese antique art to those who treasure objects, wherever they may be.

For us, collecting is the moment of encounter. When you hold a piece, sense its path, its maker, its technique and its weathering, and meet it with your own eye, the object is given new life.
